... One thing to remember before I begin. Make a mistake towards your customers once and it might be justified by the value given to them. But the second mistake you make will be somewhat more crucial, for your customers will abandon you like a sinking ship ... valued relationship ... value justification ... scaling good and bad ...
"In good or bad" - What would make you stay in an organization and become a loyal customer - even though you can benefit here and there with a different company at a point in time. What is the essence of loyal business relationships? Well it's simple - trust and commitment.
... and as a friend of mine "accidentally" mentioned today, which was reinforced even more during the lecture I had today : " a successful relationship is one, in which the benefits are higher than the costs" ... which if applied correctly will lead to the so desired win-win situation ...
